What is the Xyza PowerLash?

The Xyza PowerLash is a vegan eyelash growth serum that naturally stimulates growth in your lashes. Natural ingredients work together to hydrate, condition, and grow your lashes, giving it the long, thick, and luscious look you deserve

Is the PowerLash safe?

Yes. We’ve tested the product ourselves multiple times, and have seen little to no side effects in most use cases.

Please check for any allergies before use, especially if you have a history with makeup allergies. If you have any ocular (eye) problems, are pregnant, or are undergoing cancer treatment, it’s best to avoid using the product as well.

As with any beauty product, should any irritation occur, discontinue use immediately.

How long will my PowerLash last?

On daily use, it lasts about 4 to 6 weeks. The serum itself expires 3 years from the manufacturing date. You can find this at the bottom side of your box. 

When will I see results?

Results vary from individual to individual, with some of our customers seeing results in as little as 5 days! It depends on your biology, but in most cases, you will see a difference in about 4 weeks.

How do I buy the product?

You can then proceed to choose how many products you’ll buy. Remember 2 bottles gives you free shipping, 3 bottles give you free shipping + PHP 300 off!

Click the “ORDER NOW” button, and you’ll be sent to complete your purchase.

Under Contact Information, type in your email address. Be sure that you can access this email because important information will be sent there.

 

Under Shipping Address, type in the details required. Be sure to give the correct details here so your product gets shipped to you fast! After, click “Continue to shipping”.

 

Under Shipping method, choose Standard Shipping. For orders over 1,000, choose Free Shipping. After, click “Continue to payment”.

 

Select your preferred payment method. We have Cash on Delivery and accept VISA / Mastercard through PayMaya and Paypal.

 

Click on “Complete Order” to submit your order! One of our friendly customer representatives will call you in the next 24 hours to confirm your address and order so there will be no delays in shipment.

Shipping

When will my orders be processed?

For Cash on Delivery, orders will be processed as soon as you complete your order.

For credit cards and debit cards, your order will be processed as soon as the payment is confirmed by our merchant.

How much shipping and what is your delivery time?

Shipping is a flat PHP 120.00. Delivery times are the following:

  • Luzon: 4 to 7 Days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 2 to 4 Days.

Delivery times are only an estimate and starts from the date the product is dispatched (not when the order has been placed).

There might be a delay in receiving orders during sale events, special holidays, and bad weather.

How do I know where my order is? How do I track my order? 

We’ll send you your tracking number as soon as we verify and submit your order to our courier partners. It will be a text that looks like this:

Refunds & Returns

I didn’t get results - can I return the product?

Since PowerLash is a consumable product, we accept no returns at all for safety and hygienic reasons.

I didn’t get results - can I get a refund?

Yes! We offer refunds if you can send us a picture of your lashes daily, with proof that you’ve used the PowerLash the way it’s supposed to for 30 days.

Just email us at support@xyza.ph to request a refund.

As much as we’d love to offer a “no questions asked” guarantee, some people have abused this in the past and we want to protect our brand too. ✌

I’m experiencing irritation in my eyes - can I get a refund?

It’s hard for us to guarantee that every person out there will fit well with the product. That’s why we make it clear that you have to be sure you’ve had no past experience with makeup allergies, as that’s the #1 sign this product is not for you.

We’ve tested the product with hundreds of women at this point, and have seen very few that face irritation when used correctly.

Although we understand you can no longer use the product, it’s hard for us to offer a refund for the following reasons. Maybe you can sell / give the product to a friend who’d need it! ❤
