When will my orders be processed?

For Cash on Delivery, orders will be processed as soon as you complete your order.

For credit cards and debit cards, your order will be processed as soon as the payment is confirmed by our merchant.

How do you ship your orders?

How much shipping and what is your delivery time?

Shipping rates are dependent on the number of items and the shipping location. You can see the shipping rate once you check out with your product.

Delivery times are the following:

  • Luzon: 5 to 7 Days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 2 to 4 Days.

Delivery times are only an estimate and starts from the date the product is dispatched (not when the order has been placed).

There might be a delay in receiving orders during sale events, special holidays, and bad weather.

How do I know where my order is? How do I track my order? 

We’ll send you your tracking number as soon as we verify and submit your order to our courier partners. It will be a text that looks like this:

Refunds & Returns

I didn’t get results - can I return the product?

Since PowerLash is a consumable product, we accept no returns at all for safety and hygienic reasons.

I didn’t get results - can I get a refund?

Yes! We offer refunds if you can send us a picture of your lashes daily, with proof that you’ve used the PowerLash the way it’s supposed to for 30 days.

As much as we’d love to offer a “no questions asked” guarantee, some people have abused this in the past and we want to protect our brand too. ✌

I’m experiencing irritation in my eyes - can I get a refund?

It’s hard for us to guarantee that every person out there will fit well with the product. That’s why we make it clear that you have to be sure you’ve had no past experience with makeup allergies, as that’s the #1 sign this product is not for you.

We’ve tested the product with hundreds of women at this point, and have seen very few that face irritation when used correctly.

Although we understand you can no longer use the product, it’s hard for us to offer a refund for the following reasons. Maybe you can sell / give the product to a friend who’d need it! ❤
